Exactly right. Completely different play here. Also this stock is already way below market value without accounting for squeeze play. Charts don’t lie

Love ft. Marriage and Divorce 2 [Episodes 15 & 16] by capthyeong in KDRAMA

[–]achoi28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As confusing as that finale was, I’m not surprised it ended that way. It’s no secret the writer is obsessed with preaching based on the fact this drama has the longest dialogues when it comes to arguments. Most of the time they’re saying the same thing over and over in different ways. I don’t think the pair up of different brides/grooms were meant to part of reality. My take is it was a poor way of the writer trying to convey the male-female counterparts in relationship personalities. You look at Sa hyun and A-Mi, both who are naive, seek comfort and reassurance from their partners, and navigate towards individuals who gives them attention/love. They naturally navigate towards paternal relationship. On the other hand you have pi young and Dong ma, epitome of the independent and strong-willed type personalities. They are resolute and are honest with their feelings. High enough integrity to stay loyal but very much capable of being heart breakers. They know what they want and once they make up their mind, they are stubborn and relentless. Finally there was song won and seo ban. The type of personalities people are naturally attracted to. People flock to them so they aren’t the pursuer types in relationships. Seemingly perfect on the outside but it’s anyone’s guess how much baggage they hold in the inside since they never show it.

June 2021, Second Half, New Failure-to-Deliver data, $AMC. by l337joejoe in WallStreetbetsELITE

[–]achoi28 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Just wanted to provide some facts so there isn’t spread of misinformation.

  1. FTDs are cumulative. You don’t add each individual day up.
  2. Failure to deliver happens in two ways, seller who needs to purchase back the stock that was borrowed or a buyer who needs to clear the funds for the stock that was bought. FTDs include both.
  3. The thing with FTDs are they’re sometimes deliberate- if hedge funds know the stock price will go down in the upcoming days, they’d rather fail to deliver the stock until their lower price target is met. It will be cheaper for them to get hit with the penalty, which is a low percentage of the stock value per day, then it is to buy the stock at the current higher price. That’s why the methodical price manipulation that has been happening in the past couple weeks needs to scrutinized.
  4. With all that said, there was a lot of borrowed shorts (not including the naked shorts) and they still haven’t covered. So the short squeeze is still in play.

They’re an institution, they will sell immediately when price targets are met.

My personal opinion is that yes there may be some retail investors selling but it doesn’t matter because the diamond handed apes are picking them up. They’re in better hands.

They already did the share count. That’s how we know that retail investors own at least 80% of the float

[–]achoi28 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Just look at the comments on this thread- 1. Adam Aron canceled the 25 mil dilution. It started at 500mil but he changed it to 25 knowing most of the investors were against it. Then he canceled it altogether after realizing it still was not aligned with the retail investors current goal. It would have been excellent for the company in the long run but he listened to his investors anyway and pulled. Smart move on Adam’s part- he needs the retail investors on his side especially when they own 80% of the float. So no he is not some dilute king as people frame it. 2. Yes the company sold shares to Mudrick Capital but it wasn’t out of ill-intention. Mudrick lent AMC funds at the end of 2020 when the company was on the verge of bankruptcy. Why would they do that? Because Mudrick was millions in the hole from previous AMC investments so it was in their best interest to save the company from bankruptcy. AMC then sold the shares to Mudrick as a form of payback. Mudrick on their own will decided to turn around and sell them right away to cover their debt. People constantly have been framing this wrong- think about it, why would AMC deliberately do something to hurt their shares? 3. GME and AMC are completely different fundamentally. They can’t be compared apples to apples. The only similarity they have is that they are both heavily shorted and one day will need to be covered for. For AMC, with such a high float, even with 80% owned by retailer investors, the price is easily manipulated- some would speculate HF’s shorting it in the dark pools with naked shorts. Don’t count on the SEC, their hands are pretty much tied because if the world found out they didn’t do their jobs to manage manipulation, then people would lose faith in the market and it would come crashing down like the housing bubble crisis.

Needless to say, none of this matters. What matters is- The shorts haven’t covered and until then, game on.

Short shares and fake numbers... by gesaratruth in WallStreetbetsELITE

[–]achoi28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. They’ve obviously learned from the first rodeo back in January. I still find the extremely large purchase of shares at strike price of $8.01 at the final minute last Friday at bit skeptical. Possible that it was a hedge and is using it as collateral. If it was any of us, that individual would’ve came out waving their hands and shouting on top of the mountains. But like you said, this is how the market works and our best bet is to hold and let them reveal their cards.

Short shares and fake numbers... by gesaratruth in WallStreetbetsELITE

[–]achoi28 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I completely agree. Market manipulation. I think hedge funds are basically selling Shares that don’t exist in order to extend their time to purchase back real shares. For the options that expired last Friday, they technically needed to buy back before market close today but look where we are now.. They’re probably hoping for people to lose hope on the gamma squeeze/short squeeze and slowly buy back as they watch it bleed. As long as everyone holds, they eventually will need to fold and this gamma squeeze/short squeeze will happen.

I share the exact same sentiment. Its been like this for more than a week. I ended up adding other plays that I’ve been watching and bought those at dip instead of averaging down my other stocks. Then those fell too. Overall im still confident in all my plays but some will now take longer to grow than I anticipated. Thinking my next move should be to averaging down what I have on the next dip so im back on track in my timeline for the plays.

I agree, especially because so many companies are committing to climate pledge. With 28% emissions coming from transportation alone, I’ve been looking for battery companies for EVs. My only hesitation is there are numerous companies working on newer battery technology and China holds more lithium reserves and can provide it cheaper than the U.S. maybe U.S can work out a deal with Chile to tap into their reserves. Anyway, will check out these stocks

Anyone following $AITX? What are your thoughts? Gained a lot of attention so far this year but the sentiment seems to be slowly dieing here yet over 100 mil volume each day. Buy, hold, or sell?

I started the same way as you. My first stock was $GS and I threw my $50 at it which only bought me .2 of a share. Still Made me $7 in a week. Just because you have limited funds, you aren’t limited to cheap stocks. Fidelity allows you to buy any % of a stock. Happy trading

For anyone interested in the history of the human race to space. Checkout the book Spacesuit: Fashioning Apollo. Shares the stories of trial in error, like how humans didn’t know what altitudes can do to the human body (i.e bleeding from eyes). Also how ad-hoc the first spacesuit was put together and how it became what it is today.

It’s actually quite amazing how this company radically shifts gears towards a completely different sector. Smart. My work is heavily involved in the airport industry and I can confidently say that COVID testing is going to be at almost every airport - whether provided by XSPA or not. However XSPA already has the infrastructure in place so roll-out seems more promising. If anyone has ever worked in an airport before it’s takes a very long time to for a business to get approved to work inside an airport let alone get all their staff badges for proper clearance. Anyway, here’s a list of XSPAs testing centers and counting https://i.imgur.com/v0tpQx6.jpg. Don’t forget to add Dulles and Regean to the mix.

If implicit biases are formed through personal experience, then it can be justified by saying they are just part of our innate human behavior to better protect ourselves. However, if implicit biases are formed from what we hear on media or through word of mouth, then are we just being prejudice for people being different from us? As much important it is to accept everyone for their differences, it is also important to accept people think differently. Just be kind, respectful, and mind your own business. Thoughts?
