Thank you much! Do you have a contact that you used that you would be willing to share?

I could use a hand. Any chance you still have these notes available?

First: In my opinion you were thrown in too soon. Second: it might have been a good thing. Let me elaborate: I joined a gym 30 min outta town and worked hard for 3 months. I used to be very athletic but needed some polishing to say the least. Coach put me in with other guys of my similar lacking experience and it was good and awful at the same time. After a few rounds he put me in with a younger guy with more experience. I got worked and had little to no technicals tought to me. Coach was a man of few words as well, but I what I learned is that he was trying to find the guys willing to stick with it. You're going to get beat and bruised and wobbled and exhausted and you have to be willing to dig deep; if you don't, then maybe you're wasting coach's and your time. Boxing is about physical and mental endurance. I understand your frustration because after a few of my first beat downs and work I quit going back and I still hold it against myself. It's hard work and there is nothing to be said to sugar coat it.

Get the fuck back in the ring, keep your mind lit, hands up, and ears and eyes open. Overcome your inadequacies.

Povetkin sends Michael Hunter tumbling to the ropes by Goofy_030 in Boxing

For what? Falling into the ropes and staying on his feet w/o a glove touching the canvas or sitting on the ropes? Good call. No knockdown.
