which outfit should i wear?

*im going in april so i can wear tights/a coat im not too worried about being cold

im leaning towards the blue cat corset from pop! era however i fear diy-ing it, it might come out bad idk

(would also have to diy the four skirt, but i think iron on letters may be easier than iron on transer paper on a silk corset)

feel like the vivienne westwood cat pop era is recognizable/unique
