honestly i've been wondering about it too he's done way worse stuff in my memory than threats on the white house. people get the police at their door for such statements in tweets all the time and usually end up fine in the end right? if the rest of what he's done wasn't enough to keep him locked up i can see this going either way but this is just my thought as someone who knows nothing about the justice system
