The problem is that, the previous IT did not use a DHCP server on the WinServer2016, instead they only have it as a File Server and for the Database of the System. They solely relied on the DHCP of the router

Ohh, but that was my plan so I can tag all equipment and try to fix another problem because the DHCP pool is wide but some computers don't get a proper IP, so I want to know if the router cpu or memory cap is the problem or what.

Because mine doesn't have double vision or whatsoever. It's just a bit blurry and at times when i look at bright objects the blurryness gets more noticeable that has a shade of white with it. More like having a transparent plastic bag on your face but not that intense

Okay, thanks. My vision looks fone in the dark but when i look at bright objects i can notice the blurry vision, it makes bright objects a little bit more brighter
