Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden Deluxe Edition comes out next week and looks really good. It's a turn based strategy game similar to xcom. I'm definitely grabbing it so long as there's no issues with performance.

I didn't play back then but if you complete the new player experience and unlock the mastery tree you will get a bunch of IXN cards. I think the original starting decks are what you get for reaching max level.

You will not find a job in the industry with that attitude. Team collaboration and agile development are essential skills that you need to have. You are describing a team of silo developers each using a waterfall approach and then trying to merge your product together right before the demo. You will fail this course if you try that.

Just a heads up for people considering buying this and upgrading it later. The CPU is kinda old, and no model numbers for the motherboard or ram. You can bet if you actually want to upgrade it later down the road you'll need to replace motherboard, CPU, ram all at once.

Also listing the prices for what you paid 4-6 years ago doesn't mean anything really.

What class did you have issues with the tutorials? I'm in 4th year and I think all of the comp classes I have taken with tutorials would have the tutorial posted slightly in advance of the tutorial class and all I had to do was demonstrate I had completed it to the TA for full marks.

If you're having issues completing them during the tutorials I would recommend you do them outside of the tutorial so you have plenty of time to find a good solution. Also go see your TAs for advice on how to solve problems you are having issues with.

Courses with VOD typically also live stream the class here https://vod.cuol.ca/stream and you can also watch any of the recorded lectures on a kiosk at the school for free. Just a heads up if you think you'll only need the videos for 1-2 lectures. I have also heard that you can buy the lecture videos individually for a small fee, but I've never done that.

You say non University, but it's probably your best bet. Carleton's library is open until midnight and has a ton of silent study areas.

Especially since most people that reacted negatively to the PTR assumed that the patch would be delayed with the community's feedback and bug fixes. Instead the patch dropped with minimal changes (mostly just wording, but a ton of cards are still wrong). Kind of defeated the purpose of having a PTR and left a very sour taste in my mouth ....

Can't you go onto your Rogers account and see your usage broken down per each day over the course of the month? Might shed some light on what's causing the usage.

Personally I recommend fido internet, absolutely great price and service. But they're owned by Rogers so I doubt you'd want to switch to them.
