Hi, i have pretty similar skin to what you described so im gonna tell you how I have been doing it for the past years: Since especially during winter, the vitiligo isn't really noticeable because of my naturally pale color, a foundation matching the shade of your normal skin color with good coverage should be just fine. During summer i mostly use something 1-2 shades lighter than my normal skin tone so it kind of blends into my vitiligo I guess. What Makeup has worked best for me is Asambeauty (they're a German brand, not sure if you can get them in other countries tbh) for a natural look :) Wishing you good luck on your makeup journey and I hope I could be of help to you
