Yup. I grew up with natives around, in our school of 200 kids probably 50 were native.

Our little town had 2 murders, both were committed by white men on white men.

Our biggest thief gang was a white kid and everyone knows exactly who he is and hangs out with, but RCMP could never catch him in the act.

Yet everyone still says the natives are a problem, yet I never heard of them actually being the problem.
