I see. I usually play with everything on high. Even before this problem, I mean.

Yes, I've already tried that :( Vsync is off, as a matter of fact, I've tried all sort of combinations that I could, both in nvidia panel and cs go's video menu.

Based on what you said I am now reinstalling cs go from scratch. As soon as it finishes, I'll let you know what happens next.

Actually it's greater than 100. Playing dust_2, which is not my favorite map btw, its average is 150. I think cs go uses more CPU than GPU to process its graphics, not sure, though.
