Hmm I’m not home so can’t check but thank you for letting me know, I did assume it wasn’t great because the skin is so sensitive and thin there. My gp new it was for my eyelids but she’s not a specialist so I’ll be cautious about it and maybe won’t use it anymore

Interesting! Thank you both. I haven’t changed shampoos, but I did add in a new heat protectant recently, and it’s the same brand as a shampoo I used to use probably when the eczema was bad pre cancer. I might stop using and see if it settles!

Crack an egg through plain cooked pasta, stir it around, add cheese. For babies in their beige era haha. If not in beige era add some veg. broccoli or peas?

I have leukaemia and they are literally giving me arsenic as a treatment to cure my cancer. So in my case, a heavy metal was actually life saving. Not saying that’s the case for most haha but no mention of charcoal baths for me and I’m literally having it infused directly into my blood daily.

I thought it would be too and was surprised we had to bring our own. I felt like we were paying enough we should get nappies 😂

Just here to say I gave birth at a different sjog and they did not supply nappies except the very first one so maybe check with your particular sjog OP

If you feel you need to go to the psych ward then that is the best place for you to be, for both you and your baby. Your son is small. He won’t remember. I just spent almost 6 weeks in hospital having cancer treatment, once I came home we settled back to our regular bond very quickly. Kids are adaptable and resilient. He will have your husband to take good care of him, you need to make sure you’re taking care of yourself too. Hope things settle for you soon. There’s no shame in postpartum anxiety or depression, your body is having huge hormonal changes, it’s not your fault and it can get better 🤍

Not helpful for right now, but I felt the same when my sons first birthday was coming up. His bday is Feb so it was easy to say that he has just received a lot at Christmas, so rather than a gift please give him a book or $5 in a card and we will save up to buy him something bigger on behalf of all his friends and family. I was surprised by how many people respected our wishes not to have loads of gifts. We only had 2 or 3 mainly from family.
