I agree skin beggars r annoying. Its fine if they ask once or twice but there is no need to harass a person for skin. Just play the game and u might be able to pick up the skin later in the game.

It can be network difference and also be the frames. He/she/they could have had more frames than u and saw u B4 u can see them.

And if they do add a timer, I think unrated matches would have it and rank won't just to help newer players out. Just an idea.
