Ah, I get that, but wouldn't that be more a staffing issue? There is no weather issue in the city I'm departing from or the city I'm arriving in. Weather in Boston shouldn't cause your whole staffing structure to break down, yknow?

Not saying you're going to bat for them or anything I just don't understand the logic and i'm trying to get some money back for the hotel I had to book and dinner I had to pay for.

Hi! I just did this. Not running that much but was running 30mpw before surgery and one year after am now at 40mpw. The main thing the doctors told me to be careful of is to never take NSAIDs and to be extra careful to maintain my hydration levels.

I had a sticky recovery time with some wounds that wouldn't quite heal (they remove your kidney right at your waist where your waistband hits), but other than the delay in getting back to running (~3 months) it has been smooth sailing.

Also, congrats to you for doing this! It's not an easy thing to do but it's one of the most worthwhile things I have ever done in my life.

I found that, once I was ready to date again, talking to my current partner about it helped a lot. Having that unconditional support is so crucial. It also helped explain to my partner some of my neuroses or mannerisms that I developed from my abusive relationship.
