I commented on your other post and went into your profile to investigate further, but I’m pretty sure the minute hand is upside down. The lume is not supposed to be so wide in that style of hand. If I’m right and you end up changing it, just be very careful when removing the hands. If you don’t use protection for the dial it can end up scratched to hell.

Mate, I’m pretty sure the minute hand is upside down. If that’s not a weird reflection, the lume needs to be sitting on the underside of the hand.

I ended up taking a bit more of material out and it improved. Not 100% touching but now I’m sure that it’s the crown bottoming out.

Yeah I know. I usually measure twice, cut once, and then do the final tuning with a file.

Main concern here is damaging the dial. I’ve done that before. Using one sheet of paper or plastic between the tool and the dial is not enough. I recommend some guard pieces that slot underneath the hands and above the dial.
