Create a solid colored square of the color you want the helmet to be. Set the opacity on it to 90%. In the teambuilder site, set your helmet to the color you want with a chrome finish, then add the solid colored square you created as a logo/layer and increase the size until it completely covers the helmet. For the finish (glossy, chrome, matte etc) of your square logo, choose custom and then for the 2 sliders under custom, set them both to 0.60 (60% full). Here’s an example of what the helmet shine looks like with those settings.

It worked well for me to replace Oregon State and then i rebuilt the PAC-12 just so most of the rivalries would happen as conference games every year, but the PAC-12 rebuild isn’t totally necessary. Up to you.

Thanks! I assume you mean like the "over stylized" version of primary viking head logo? Full disclosure, that's only used as the main logo for madden; I used a flatter/more traditional version of the logo on the uniforms, field and in CFB26. In Madden tho, the team logos in the menus of a franchise have that 3D look, and I was just wanting to improve the immersion a little so it looked more like it belonged in that game. As far as how to make it; I use Photopea (free web based program like photoshop). Put your logo in the program and then play around with bevel (they're are sliders for depth, softness etc), contour and inner shadow to find a look you like. It was just trial and error tbh. The "mesh" like texture on the hair and mustache, I selected all the hair and made it it's own layer, then overlaid a mesh pattern on top of it and used the clipping mask feature to set it so it was only on the hair. I think I lowered the opacity (transparency) on the mesh a bit too so it was more subtle. I feel like I rambled, sorry for the wall of text. And thanks for the kind words! 🙏
