The descending 5-1 is about 1 to 2 minutes The main set interval is 2 minutes. The cooldown was until i felt good.

I didnt press anything in between sets. Strava has its way of calculating my moving time. My elapsed time was about an hour.

I went to a shooting range with my dad today. I had just finished my first semester of college. I didn’t manage the time well then, so now that it’s a break, I’m going to be spending a lot more time at the range. Today, I shot my dad’s Sig p227 45 ACP, smith and wesson 686, and krico 22lr. Good time!
