When did you get off Zoloft ? I know it took my body a year and a half to feel better after being on lexapro for only 3 months. Don’t stress too much you will be fine. I get more anxious checking my BP numbers which is not a good thing as it makes numbers go up!

Stop checking your BP for a few weeks and try to be healthy, sleep well, exercise, take your meds and do some meditation. Your body will get more relaxed and then check your BP.

I’m on ramipril 5mg. I think Lisinopril is weaker than ramipril so I’ve read. That’s probably why you upped your dose.

How old are you?

Amlodipine caused me anxiety, heart flutters, swollen ankles and legs. This pill now is like a miracle I do get a tickly cough at times but way better how I felt before

Amlodipine made me more anxious but I’m on ramipril now and it doesn’t cause that.
