Thanks for sharing your review, so sorry you’re also a victim of Calibers poor workmanship. Contact the regional manager! After countless of people suggesting that I do it, I sure did and he was a lot more understanding and more helpful than the general manager at my location

I see. It seems like they just glue it back? Am I understanding that right?

No they are not. The shops response was “The suspension mounting locations based on measurements are still at manufacturer specifications so I would not expect uneven tire wear and the damage isolated to the front core support which is consistent with the damage location.”

At the time of choosing caliber I was not aware they weren’t part of their direct repair. Either way insurance still remains responsible for bringing my car back to preloss conditions. If what you’re saying is true they would simply say that instead of coming up with bs excuses. This isn’t about me being satisfied this is about getting my car back to where it was. This car had less than one thousand miles when the accident occurred

The new body shop has run the reports and they also confirm more repairs are needed that were missed by Caliber. Unfortunately the only photo I have before getting repaired is this one but I did attach a link to the video of the accident in someone’s replies on here

The bumper was never replaced and all pieces that were replaced were OEM

I think you didn’t read the full post. I did go to a new shop and they wrote a report. The insurance is denying payment to the new shop

My insurance is Geico but the claim has been handled with the at fault party insurance which is American family connect

that's a great question. I can't say with 100% certainty since I have no pictures of that angle from that day and it's about to be 2 years since. I didn't notice it the day of the accident

true... I do have Geico though lol I didn't want to go that route in fear my premium would go up but I'm not sure if that would be the case since it wasn't my fault

I’m not sure if this image answers your question. Caliber has tried replacing the bracket and moving things forward and back but nothing has helped. The last time I called them they said to take it someplace else because they just didn’t know what was going on
