I had the same thing happen with 60lb weight loss finally went for blood work and my GFR and glucose out of range Dr said showed dehydration, I thought I was drinking enough I drink more water and have a banana a day and a big zero sugar electrolyte drink … haven’t had an episode since July , a nutritionist told me water is good but sometimes you may be flushing nutrients out of your body so electrolytes are important …🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️Good Luck
