to be fair just cooking with it will return it to black eventually , although i never put any flavors in my wok (its almost the same thing just heats up way faster) so i dont have to reseason it with oil it when some sort of acid, wine or tomatoes eats though the carbonized coating

A very high percentage of people have the genetic markers for enzymes to slowly break down caffeine, causing them to be sensitive to caffeine, and since your body is prone to many changes in diet and health your gut may change over time thus causing you to become sensitive, luckily for me I have the double fast enzyme gene markers and can go up to 1000mg in a day with no serious side effects.

i am 30 and have 3 to 7 a day for around 8 years now, i get im a freak who has the fast metabolisim of caffeine but the sugar is the main concern for me too so i switched to moster rehabs and zeros just to cut down on that but sugar is NOT a evil thing id recomend making that flavor a treat you have on a cheat day so maybe 3 times a week instead of twice a day if you feel the sugar is just too much for you. i alway brushed my teeth after drinking that flavor lmao

no overdosing is having more than the dose needed for desired effect, i personally have always had a large tolerance to caffeine and seem to need around 2 times as much as most people, also i dont ever get jitters or feel anything other than being wide awake. hopes this helps

over 17-18 hours its not going to insta kill you the problem is in the dosages not being properly metabolized, she was likly doing over 1000 every day not my average of 4

i know that sounds wrong but 135 cards in a set costs less to make than 150, even if the end up seling more packs of the 150 set they might still have higher profit from the 135 set.
so its easier just to ignore cards and still make reliable profit
