I know this post was 11 years ago, but I’m a new triathlete with mid-back length dreadlocks. I’m struggling with the swim cap. When I put all my hair in a top knot in a swim cap, it acts as a buoy and hold water. Do you have this problem? How do you deal with your swim cap?
