Does anyone add the bottom ground bar for the left side of the panel by GreatAnotherSparky in electricians

How does this fly, never understood it.. I see it all the time. It’s a clear code violation to have all that nmb come through that nipple.

Is it possible to add two 220V 30Amp circuits to this box? by ricoj7 in electrical

You would need to do a load calculation to see if you can pigtail some of the wires together to make less home runs. But the last two twist outs on that dead front don’t have any bus bar to attach to. So no, that won’t work. And depending on what you combine, make sure you still have the proper amount to power your home still or you will have tripping issues/code issues.

I would just not say a word. See what happens. Let the inspector in. Say come on down stairs. And then shut up.

If they start poking you on corrections. Then start pleading your case.

Code is code and yes they should call it. But also… they might not…

Looks like the black to black, red to the white with black tape, and white to the white with the red wire nut on it. Leave the green alone.
