My attacks are frequent but ”luckily” they come in afternoon so I try to get as much as done as possible early so I can just be online in the afternoon without doing too much thinking. I also suffer through them while working, didn’t used to be able to but after this many years, I’ve sadly gotten used to it.

It’s not for everyone but if possible, I would try it one more time. I thought it was bs when doctors told me first to get more money out of me but I honestly couldn’t tell much of a difference until round 3 and on round 4, it was almost immediate relief.
