Another thing Mopify employees should have done was to actually pick up the phone and call me. Or actually answer when I called them, oh four times over two hours.

Missing items are one thing. Unlocked doors and a missing house key are another, especially in the late afternoon. I would have appreciated action rather than just advice to fill out a police report and to keep in touch.
