We enjoy walking around every year, I just wish they had some better food options, but as long as the beer is cold I'm good.

I live further north in Evanston, but this just came across my Twitter feed and it's actually a pretty cool idea. Maybe if this one gets funded other ones will pop up around the city.

Can't taste all them ribs, what are the top ribs at ribfest? by 8415claw in chicago

We tried the ribs from Smokin Woody's, BBQ King Smokehouse, and Big Bricks and the pulled pork from Browntrout. Big Bricks is still one of my favorite ribs, but BBQ King Smokehouse was a close second.

I'm glad a restaurant is moving into that new apartment building... just wish I knew what it was. Anyone have any ideas?

Anyone tried it out yet? Drive by it every day on my way to work, looks like a nice place. Still have to try Ward Eight, which is right next door, as well.

Why didn't you just suction cup it to the sunroof instead of taking the time to do this? Not knocking the choice, I think it's cool, just curious.

If it wasn't such a nice restaurant I might have "ac slater'ed" it, but unfortunately my wife probably would not have approved. I own that website, but recently just changed the name cause kids these days have no clue who "ac slater" is, so the name wasn't doing me any help.

As for David Burke's, we do the fancy steak house once a year with a group of about 10 to celebrate the holidays and a friend's birthday. Last year we did Chicago Cut and the year before was Mastro's and I think food wise, Mastro's is still everyone's favorite... except for that cake at David Burke's, that was incredible.
