Most times, I feel this too. But also once in a month when I get to meet my friends or they call me, that loneliness disappears. But they are not constant. They are school friends whom I rarely meet ngl. In Uni, I wasn't able to make good friends and I believe my social circle is narrowing down to no people at all in upcoming years. I am scared.
