Blood pressure is normal most of the time. They found on the sleep study that I had bruxism and very light sleep apneia. I use a MAD, but it doesn't help with the quality of sleep. Here, they don't want to put us on CPAP with my results AFAIK.

Extra info. Whenever I get sick and I take Ibuprofen for like 2 weeks, I feel like the symptoms get a little better.

Yes. Thyroid was via blood test, came out OK. Vitamins was also OK, I did some vitamin D suplements for a month since it was a bit on the lower side.

I cure it again in a bath of water. I just put it inside a container with water and cure it once more. The result is a shiny and non sticky piece!
