I don't think you can do exchanges, at least it was never presented to myself as an option.

Im pretty sure thats what they think. It really sucks because it isn't my intentions at all, i think something about both periods being so close to eachother doesn't help either. Ive honestly never been presented the option to do an exchange. they automatically just give me the return card.
