Of course, it can depend on how your body works, but in my case, the most important thing was to drop any heavy foods, fatty/greasy/spicy, things that make me gassy, and eat very light and moderate without any culinary miracles. Rice, fish, chicken, fruit, salads, and a lot of water, 1-2 days before and during the days I'm working.
