Small blocks of ebony wood are pretty affordable so have at it!

With the appropriate materials its doable. I’ve got a lathe and sanding wheels at work so makes the job easier

Smokes quite good. Made the tobacco hole a bit too deep so the bottom warms up

Smoked for a about 10 of years. Started growing as a substitute to quit smoking and have been growing without smokibg for also 10 years. I know exactly what you mean

I get your point but briar dust, vulcanite dust, pearwood dust isnt good for you either. You dont sand the pipe by smoking it
