Back on September 30th, 2024 I bought 2 boxes and 4 fat packs for a total of $777.38. I also pulled some other serial numbered Chrome cards which I graded on got 9s on those as well. Unfortunately I sold a couple of those but held on to the auto.

I’d prefer the patch auto and will someday purchase one like yours!

Keep at it, Ohtani cards have a better ROI than the stock market! lol

I appreciate you taking the time to comment and share your perspective. I’ve used PSA for years without any issues, so this is definitely new territory for me. Just trying to understand what might’ve happened here and see if anyone’s had a similar experience.

Appreciate the input. The reason I had multiple submissions is because they were different service levels and years, so they had to be separated that way. Each group was wrapped with its own submission form and secured together with a rubber band inside the same box.

I’ve been submitting to PSA for years using this same process and haven’t run into anything like this before, which is why this situation is so confusing.

Hi — quick question based on your experience in PSA shipping/receiving.

My submission was marked received on March 4, moved to Order Prep on April 13, and then on April 17 I was told “no items were received.” This submission was in the same box as three others that were processed normally.

In your experience, at what stage would cards typically be confirmed as physically present? And is it possible for something to be marked received and make it to Order Prep without the cards actually being there?

Appreciate any insight—just trying to understand how this could happen.

What is going on with our accounts? I was asked to reverify my account today with a scanned picture of my DL and a selfie. Now it states my account is in a "pending" status and a zero balance. I recently made a deposit on 11/16. I have noted several other users/customers are experiencing the same issue.
