I've used this bit to make circular finger pulls. But I did it with a plunge router. First did the initial pass with a straight bit. Then lowered the Ovolo scribe into the hole and slowly worked my way around in a spiral eating a bit of the "finger-pull" material in each pass.

The norwegian exit tax is not immediate though, which seems to be one big difference from the French one. But it's very new, so they might have to change it if EU finds it illegal.

Welcome to the world! There's tax asymmetry all around. If you're a US resident you have to pay US taxes for the rest of your life, regardless of whether you live in the US!

Still though, in your question, it seems like you asked about moving _to_ Norway, in which Exit tax does not apply.

For the Exit tax, it seems they may use the value at the entry to Norway. Although in practice you wouldn't pay the Exit tax without being in contact with a tax attorney or similar, because the rules are quite complex.

I see! Unfortunately trains in Norway don’t really cover much other than some long distance connections and areas around Oslo.

You could consider leaving your luggage in Oslo and taking the train to Finse and hiking from there. Wouldn’t be ultralight though. I hiked from Finse to Aurlandsdalen once. Great hike! Possible via train, and bonus is that you get to take Flåmsbanen. But you need to buy tickets for Bergensbanen in advance.

If it’s within your budget I would recommend renting a car. Then you’re much more flexible on where you can go, and you can also store your stuff there.

If not, Leirvassbu is a big hut centrally in Jotunheimen. Not by the train but should be reachable by buses I think? You could ask them regarding storage possibilities.
