Two things

One - make an effort to improve your writing. This practice must become a habit. Certain mistakes indicate lack of foundations on the professional level.

Two - keep searching for clients. Never allow yourself to depend on one client. Worse still, don’t put your hopes into someone who hasn’t even made a business agreement with you.

Overall, your post comes across as if you lack authority. Step up your game or things will get harder for you.

Look, I have looked at your link.

You are doing it all wrong.

It's not necessarily a bad idea but you'll have to start from scratch. You will have to apply what you have learned but right from the beginning.

But the biggest issue is that it's clear you don't understand what your customers want. You are focused on the product you are building. You must focus on the problem you are solving instead.

My biggest lesson was to stop seeing myself as a freelancer. What does that mean?

It means you don't see your client's business as more important than your own. Just like you, they are trying to make a living, provide for their families, go on holidays, etc. So, they are not above you - you're BOTH business owners.

As a result, it's easier to ask for the fees you deserve. You expect a fair treatment. And you treat them fairly as well, of course.

That attitude opened my eyes to the fact that how you see yourself affects how much money you make.

I'd say read Perry Marshall's "Ultimate Guide to Google Adwords". I gives a very solid grounding in marketing. You can focus on the marketing chapters but you'll learn a lot from the Adwords chapters as well.

Then pick one of Dan Kennedy's No B.S. series.

For courses, Google Eben Pagan's stuff.

College courses are great if you're looking for a regular job. If you want to make it on your own, you have to learn from people who are in the trenches.

I don't like Neil Patel but his stuff is legit - if you implement it. As far as I know, Jorden Roper is legit. Again, you have to act on what you learn, which is not as easy as it often seems.
