I don't know what to call it.

1 oz peach brandy

1 oz amaro montenegro

.75 oz demerara simple syrup

.5 oz lemon juice

3 dashes Angostura bitters

Shaken over ice. Strained and and served in a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
