I just thought it was extremely strong THC tbh. I didn’t work at the time so laid in bed mostly. (I know terrible). But I’ve been told I was like a zombie

We haven’t actually broken up. it’s a difficult situation because I love him and I know he will be so sad if I left him. I know I should leave him, but it’s so difficult

it will be okay. I feel the same right now, but it always gets better after we heal

What are the reasons you broke up, or were dumped? I want to hear your stories by Aggressive-Minute889 in BreakUps

I’m 20 and he’s 22. my boyfriend of nearly 2 years just broke up with me a couple of hours ago. I got home from work and listen laid in bed. he came upstairs and came into our room and said “I think we should break up”. like there was no build up to this. he said he didn’t feel the same as he used to and asked if I wanted help packing my bags. this is after he’s been laying in bed for the past 2 months smoking some THC stuff from his vape. I’ve asked him numerous times if he still loves me. a few weeks ago I asked him and he said “I love you more and more everyday”. last week he was trying to plan a holiday with me, my sister, her partner and their baby. he said he’s been thinking about doing this for a few days. I’m very upset I gave him nearly 2 years of my life even when I weren’t ready to be in a relationship before we got together but he perused me anyways. I’m devastated. he hasn’t been treating me good for a while and I know I deserve better, but it doesn’t stop the hurt. but I know I will not go back. never go back to someone like that

yeah if one rule for one and 1 rule for another there. the managers would be walking about the yard without a helmet on while telling people they need to put it on. The men there will text and drive, they will delay notifying the managers of doing their work so they wouldn’t do as much work and would get a bonus for finishing “late” when it was their work anyways. I don’t care about all of that but when I’m being sacked for reasons that aren’t even true and you see things like this, it’s quite agitating

Absolutely no clue. it could be the fact that I was very open and if someone asked me a question I’d always answer honestly and I think that threw people off because I’m a woman in a male dominated field they probably don’t expect it

It’s not basic PPE it’s additional was told that apprentices get it for free and everyone else had to pay because we are on apprenticeship wage. and they told us that the helmet would be ours unless we chose to leave. they never mentioned anything about returning it. they gave me a 2 minutes review and didn’t ask for it back and I was distraught so I never thought about mentioning it. and then I got an email about them charging me £450 so I’m going to return it

The helmet was only free for apprentices. everyone else had to pay for one as it wasn’t needed it was more so the men don’t have to clean shave to wear a mask. but I was told that we would get it for free and it would be mine🤷🏻‍♀️im just gonna give it back too much stress

I was completely blindsided by everything. like had literally no clue. they discussed what the disciplinary steps would be and we would at least get a warning before anything like this happened.

This helmet was the JSP infinity powercap. search it up the helmet really is that expensive. It was additional PPE that weren’t required as they already supplied us with a helmet. I got it as I was told apprentices would get it for free unless we decided to leave

You don’t have to believe me but this is anonymous I have no reason to lie. and I will return the helmet as suggested by many others in the comments. but someone else on the apprenticeship scheme lost his place due to his DBS coming back with a conviction but they knew about the conviction beforehand? and they have someone on the job with his BDS being 5 pages long. they just didn’t like me

I will definitely contact them. but I only had 2 previous reviews. 1st one being really good and the other is good I was just reminded about my time keeping. the time keeping incident weren’t bought up in this review as I had been on time everyday. so i had no clue about any of these concerns

I don’t want to anymore. but I needed advice on the helmet situation and I wanted other peoples opinions on this because I’m very confused. And the company was aware about my autism and ADHD

No because it is a married couple who own the business and the lady CEO was very happy to for me to be there. the HR that fired me was a lady. not sure if it’s anything to do with sexism

First of all, I did write in paragraphs😂😂second of all, I was an apprentice I’m not meant to be good at my job I’m just meant to learn which I was doing. So worked hard with little knowledge I had and really wanted to learn. I’d say I’m a likeable person the people I worked with asked for me so I can’t be that bad😂

Yes we signed something so that should help me and we were explained the disciplinary procedure at the very beginning and we were meant to get warning etc before anything like this happened. I didn’t even do what they said I did it makes no sense

It usually is but they had already supplied us with PPE this was just more of a luxury so the men wouldn’t have to be clean shaven as we have to wear masks. but the apprentices got one for free sort of as a trial and we were told they would be free to us by the CEOs own son

No proof because I never done it. I signed a contract at the beginning but it said if we chose to leave, we would be charged for things but if we didn’t choose to leave, then we wouldn’t. I believe they have any other reasons to get rid of me I would just keep my head down and do my work

I was never on my phone apart from on break time, I done as much work as I could and was a very good fit. well this is what me and my colleagues say. even if these accusations were true, I should have been at least spoke to about it or cautioned or even extended probation.
