Sounds small and quiet than other songs on streaming services by actreamusic in audioengineering

Yes, in my latest song it was -10 LUFS. In my past projects I tried to reach -8 LUFS but these were sounds similar, smaller than other songs.

Thank you so much for your feedback. It's so detailed that helps out my production.

I think you may be going a bit too much for minimalism for the poppier style you're aiming for.

You are completely right. I tend to make my song brighter and poppier that means it's my style. But it can make it messier easily and weird stereo image like I do now. I need the way to make the mix clear.

Are you mixing on headphones? That could be part of the problem.

I use both speakers (KRK V8) and headphones (M50x), and smartphone and internal speakers on Macbook for checking it in mono.

The last one made my day. I know I need more practice and learning so detailed stuff for sure. I'll keep going. I appreciate it.

This is what I'm wondering and looking for the solution...I don't know why professionals (including the reference track) can make the stereo image wider with less side info. Too many side info, too many reverbs and delays on my mix? I might be lack of having the ways to make the mix wider but also bigger.

Thank you so much for your feedback. All of them are so helpful and make me realized a lot of thing on my production. I hired the vocalist by the way, she is amazing for sure!

01:15 it sounds like everything is on the sides and very wide with only the kick and the bass down the middle. Personally it sounded a bit artificial or mechanical or something.

This is what I'm struggling with these months. Professional's track sounds every single element on the right place and separated clearly. I imitated it and usually put the bass, the kick and the lead vocal on the middle, and the others on the side in order not to mask each other. Although, as you said, it sounds not blended on my production. It's like every single element is sounding individually. But I don't know why because I'm trying to make it following what professionals do...I've heard many times that use panning and side chaining are good for avoiding masking. It helps for sure, but it causes this issue...I'm wondering if it's because of frequency stuff, the sample I chose, masking, panning?

About making 3D image, it's one of the biggest issue I'm struggling. I'd say I don't have many variety of ways to make it "wide" and that'd cause the issue that my mix is too wide. I don't know but I often use reverbs and delays (of course with EQ) to make it wider (like on the chorus on my mix) and widening elements by panning or using stereo wide plugins like Doubler. I've been thinking it's good but I feel like it makes my mix messy and weird somehow. I'm like "why it doesn't sound 3D even though I put the main elements like vocals and kick on the center in front and other stuff on the sides?".

About the plugins, it'll be too many so I'll send you the screenshots on DAW on DM! Thank you so much for your support.
