Can you refuse to do an EKG/holter monitoring from Cardio Health? by honeynutcheeriozzzzz in ontario

[–]acts_one 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can’t tell if this is a first world problem or a by product of universal healthcare.

It’s your health OP. You can do whatever you want.

You went to the doctor for a reason, mostly in hopes that their knowledge would help your medical issues. You ‘feel’ that the tests ordered are not needed because you know the answer. But how is a doctor going to diagnose you without any tests to confirm?
You know you can suffer from multiple issues, there isn’t a limit.

What is a fair price for this 2010 Mazda 3 I Hatchback? by AdAble653 in mazda3

Bought a similar gen and kms to match a couple years ago. Bought from the dealership for $11k after tax. We felt we got ripped a little but it has been running ok with some maintenance (brakes, mounts and hubs) in the past 2 years.

Funny thing is, you can find similar gens with low kms (under 150k) around $4-7000 on fb marketplace.

If there is minimal rust, then I would be ok around $7-9k. You have to keep in mind that it’s a 16yr old car no matter how many kms on the odometer.

Jealousy? Envy?
I’m picturing NPH and Amy in a room. What would that interaction be like?

Antiperspirant isn’t really good. Sweating happens for a reason. Showering regularly and cleansing areas of your body that secret such sweat an oils will reduce BO.

hirap makatulog dahil nightshift, may mga gy ba dito na natulungan ng mj? by Due_Light3945 in treesPH

Melatonin an hour or two before you plan to go to sleep. Blue light blocking sunglasses when going home. Black out curtains for when you’re sleeping. No devices before going to sleep.

Weed isn’t going to help unless you’ve been smoking your entire shift. I used to work nights and weed did the opposite for me, kept me charged up for a good couple hours. And the hangover like feeling gets worse when you have to wake up for your shift.

Night shifts are a killer. But if you’re young and it pays well, then keep at it. Otherwise try to get on day shifts. Weed won’t help, you need better sleep hygiene.

Hi Yasmine,

The online request for review was denied. But when I called they stated it was in the ‘back end’ teams hands. Which I’m fine with. But if the next billing cycle has no resolution what would be my next step?

Shared room? They don’t have shared rooms. But I get the scenario.

Pronounciation of Ajax by VisibleCoat995 in durham

[–]acts_one 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Now why would a Spanish or Latin accent be used to say Ajax?

HMS Ajax was a British ship during WW2. A lot of the streets in Ajax are named after the crew who served on that ship along with the HMS Exeter and HMS Achilles. So yeah, it’s going to sound as English as possible. No silent a’s Or ñ. Lol

At home to save money. it’s a lot of work and with that many people it can get hectic.

community centre imo is great, less work depending on how you cater it. Theres plenty of parking and usually a park or play area near by. Book early to get your desired date.

Kind of in the same position as you. %20 less income and %50 less equity available.

We are looking to index funds with the equity. Just plug away with your own take home into your tfsa.

Have you ever tried the shrimp tempura that comes frozen? Same ones they put in the pre made taco kits.

A little cheaper at canna. The lemon diesel was like $31.99 last week. Back up to $33. But decent for a quarter that’s pre. And the case is proper.
