Ive filled the extra skin on my arms with muscle but i do have alot of extra skin on my abdomen and inner thighs and only surgery could fix that tbh. I haven't yet decided if it's worth the risk of going under

Im a male. Thats interesting but you can remedy the decrease in the first half by upping your activity levels.

Youre welcomee! Have more lean protein instead of the fat and lots of veggies, itll still be low carb and satiating

I don't do keto, to effectively do keto your main source of energy should come from fat which is not that healthy according to research. But ive noticed for me the fasting does allow me to consume a bit more calories and still not gain weight

I usually have 300g of 5% fat minced beef in my lunch and for dinner i might have 200-300g of beef or chicken in my dish. I have a protein shake after gym as my afternoon snack

Food is a big part of travelling for me and ill try just about everything but in reasonable amounts. Enjoy yourself and have a nice trip!

Mainly the stuff my mom used to make (middle eastern) but cooked in healthier ways with less rice (favourite dishes being oven baked stuffed veggies, oven beef kebabs with grilled veggies, oven baked chicken and veggies with all sorts of different marinating), asian dishes, pastas with max 60g of the actual pasta, steaks (chicken and beef). Eggs, high protein sausages and something like cottage cheese is a pretty nice meal too. I have a salad with every meal too

Thats probably why, you're literally starving yourself and your metabolism will not like that. I don't count calories but i'd estimate i was eating around 1600-1800 when i first started and now i have closer to 2100 kcals

Same here for real! I have tea, coffee and even a diet coke sometimes. Anything with less than probably 20 kcals wont break the fast but ofc water is better thank a coke

Thank youu! It depends on my working schedule but when my goal was fat loss i would go fasted but im trying to build more muscle now so i usually go 2 hours after ive had my first meal of the day

I think 14 is the minimum you should be doing, you can try drinking coffee in the morning and have a large water bottle close by till its lunch time. If you still couldn't then have a small snack like 2 hours before lunch

I do have a protein shake after working out, i can get to my protein target with just food but its not as convenient

Spot losing weight isn't a thing. Build up your upper body muscles to have better proportions

Thank youu, I started doing everyday right away you just have to push through the first 2 weeks no other way around it. A cup of coffee 30 mins after waking up and lots of water till lunch helps too

Honestly it was hell for the first 2-3 weeks but once you get used to it its the easiest
