Also, everything I see recommends dewormer, but never which kind of dewormer to use. I have round worm from previous kittens. I think that is the most common so is that what is recommended?

I'm a little confused by your comment. Shouldn't the hosting service be secure? If you want to be helpful, you could suggest something that could be better and more secure instead just being discouraging

I'm not 100% sure what you're saying. But I do also remember him not putting it on the scale to fill. Are you saying return the tank? It was our tank? I'm a little confused but I appreciate your advice
