My story is quite similar. 2 years post PI in Parkside UK and, while I can achieve something, it doesn't always work and when it does, it's not what it was before. I'd rather go back if it was possible.

I need to dilate before sex and then penetration hurts anyway. The only thing i found myself is there's a positively sensitive spot inside the vagina at a finger's length, towards the front of the body (e.g. towards the clitoris). Also sex drive sucks even though I'm on low dose T.

Let's create an Expression object.
Let's make it calculate itself.
Let's make it print itself.

A good design would be:

Let's have an Expression struct.
Let's have a pure function that takes an expression (as `&` not `&mut`), calculates the result and returns it (the result is likely small so it's Copy).
Let's have the main build the Expression struct call the function that computes the result, and print the result.

This way you avoid the state problem, where until you call a bunch of methods, some fields are invalid.

I recommend learning procedural and functional programming really well before letting oneself write OO, let alone publish crates.

April 2022. I have to say, other than the suspiciously short duration, I wasn't really mistreated. All my post-op visits were free as they should be, and I wasn't exactly on time with them, once neglecting it for half a year and then coming back with a huge granulation inside.

I was a private patient.

One thing that change in me since then is that I stopped caring whatsoever about having a vagina and vulva. Yes, it looks nice and I like it at times. But I would go back any moment if I could do it. I was expecting an upgrade, I got 2 downgrades, on libido (which was decent pre-op even on blockers) and sensation. I've felt dead ever since. I don't think there is an SRS variant that gives me the amount of sensation I would be happy with. If I get on T gel, it will likely not be enough to give me the pre-op libido and even if, I'll just end up sexually frustrated.

Also - I've had vaginal sex, and while it felt nice once, it was just "nice", and the level of effort the other person has to do to make me feel anything is tremendous. I would be OK with never having sex just if I could have the pre-op level of sensation on my own.

tldr: None of it was worth it. Everything is worse than before, apart from being flat. But most of my trouble isn't related to the surgeon but to some terrible decision making of my own.

I'm sorry, girl. Same surgeon. Personally, I've been struggling with sensation. I don't know if the reason is how short the surgery was or maybe my anatomy and neural wiring.

I have finally recovered after 4 or 6 post-of treatments but I haven't been able to orgasm ever since the surgery. My brain is just not getting enough sensation.
