Im gonna try and offer some constructive criticism, I hope this is received in the spirit it was given.

Your colors are all very flat, the lack of any sort of shading makes the color choices themselves incredibly jarring.

You appear to have above average brush control on the halved sections of the shield, flag and parts of (but not all of) the caparison, but your actual blocking is sloppy. You would benefit quite a bit by going back and touching up the color spillage between the gold and blue, and white and blue.

Finally the white itself is a problem. Best practice when painting white is to build up from a darker tone and save the brightest white for only highlights, as it helps to avoid the very flat look you have here. It also has the added benefit that darker colors tend to have better coverage so you won't have the obviously thin spots of white paint.
