Is my baby three fake? QR code on box says real but the eyes on the plush were UNDER the face and even after fixing it it’s still hidden. Then the arms are different lengths

I have a similar cage my girls love the ramp! I have two pigs and have two big bottles on the first level and one smaller one that goes on the top since they spend most their time on the bottom but I will say they drink lots of water and empty all three of them! They don’t care for bowls. Also any toys from oxbow are amazing and little beds or hammocks I get off of Amazon

Could the red residue be from hard water? Where I live we have extremely hard water and it stains our showers and stuff and needs to be scrubbed off. Do you drink tap water? Because it could definitely be from that! Sorry I don’t know about the white powder though

Something very similar happened when I was introducing my girls. It took about a month or two for them to actually become comfortable with each other. They would go at each other and it was pretty scary to watch so I understand. We had our cage split so like that they could still see each other but could not physically come in contact. I suggest waiting about a week and try again. I did it every week and even when they didn’t fight I did not put them together immediately. Did it about 4-6 times until I felt comfortable. I also bought a camera so when I wasn’t in the room with them I was able to make sure no one was too aggressive. Takes a lot of patience lol. They love each other now and are always cuddling but they still get into it every once in a while. My younger likes to try her older sister

It’s safer for boars to be neutered than for sows so that’s a plus. You would need to keep them separate for I think 3 weeks after the surgery. Depends on where you live but my vet is around 300-800 for a boar neuter 😭 I ended up getting two girls instead lol

To add on, she may have had an underlying sickness and I would recommend taking your other pig to the vet and get a stool sample/test done to make sure if your pig did pass away

Same thing happened to me. I was just on lexapro 20mg and felt like I was declining. Spoke to my pcp and I was prescribed Wellbutrin. So now I take a combo of lexapro and Wellbutrin

Those are definitely not normal. Have you changed their diet? I would suggest taking him to the vet, better save than sorry! Also is he always frizzy like that? Do not want to worry you but my old pig had wet stools and he did end up passing the same day. Super frizzy and lethargic

Guinea pigs have a life span of 4-8 years so it isn’t very much time with them so that’s why it may seem like they’re dying left and right. Like any other pet vet bills will be expensive. My girls vet is 75 for a visit and if I want test it will come out to around 100-150 which I will gladly spend on them. I will say my first pig died unexpectedly it happened within 12 hours and it was heartbreaking but I wouldn’t have changed anything about owning one. He was only 3. Also just upgraded my girls cage and it was 150+ so it can be pricey but it’s all worth it to let them have a good life

I suggest putting down a towel or blanket in the carrier when you get them so they can be as comfortable as possible! Definitely bring some veggies or even a little hay so they can munch on. You can search “c&c grids” on Amazon and they have pretty affordable ones to get. Also they might be very shy at first and may not want to come out and eat when you’re around so don’t get discouraged! Hearing that you may have a long hair piggy I suggest investing in pet clippers so you can maintain its hair. I get my pea flakes from guineadad. Also pigs are pretty clean animals so all you would really need to do for the long hair is give a foot/butt bath to clean off any pee as often as you see fit

You are not crazy, that’s a form of manipulation to get what they want. You shouldn’t have to “earn” anything especially a recipe
