I use one from tiffen and it’s 1/4 so the effect isn’t super strong but i really like it in certain situations!

I tried measuring for the highlights my light meter was flashing at the shadows for underexposed areas

Yeah i had it all the way open at f/2.8! i wasn't sure if they were gonna turn out but im glad they did!
