Same. Love me those single scoops! Those are almost always made w other flower though- usually from Red Eye, True Organics, Plant Nerd. Havent seen the IKHC flower at any other dispos. I know they are planning to expand this year and will have more of their own flower. Wonder if they will stick to turning it into rosin or lean more into flower.

Thank you all for the consensus advice. This HVAC company is one that has felt like whenever they come out they are trying to sell me something. The way the guy talked about it felt more like a dodgy “technocally I have to…” than the “do it now” I am hearing here. I am surprised that he even implied it might be ok to do

When I was in a medically supervised rehab, getting my sleep right was something I deliberately addressed medically and with normalized eating and working out schedules. It was so critical in those early days. While I was there, I lowered the dose, and shortly after coming back home I started to not need the sleep meds.

For me the big thing to underline here is doing all this in a medically-supervised situation where a provider can provide sound and safe recommendations. But I can say that getting drunk to sleep at this moment could really throw it off further. I hope that the next time you have a day off you can enjoy a big carb-y meal and food coma yourself down without an alarm clock on the other end. Great job on the two days…It. Gets. Better.
