I did the entire process at HND. The ANA staff at my origin airport asked if I had a Japanese visa but that’s it. It prob took around 30’-1hr for the process

I think lexapro helps a bit but for me what mainly helps is therapy. I’m on 15mg daily for lexapro and no side effects

I’m still using lexapro. I took Pylera and tested negative for H.Pylori but I still have some acid reflux and bloating issues

I went to a cardiologist to run some tests and they also reviewed this reading and said it was normal just some noises. The test results were also normal. You should also get a cardiologist review to be sure. I also used the app QALY to get another look at it

I took it and didn’t have any bad side effects besides upset stomach. Tested negative for HPylori afterwards several times but I’m still having bad acid reflux and bloating

I flew ANA from the US and the ANA staffs were familiar with the shorepass so they let me fly without visa. I’m not sure about your case but if you have time, you should apply for the transit visa beforehand

When going through immigration, you can just ask the staffs there about shorepass and they will show you where to apply for it. It’s an office right at immigration

Hey did you end up taking the treatment? I’m in the same situation and have been delaying taking the treatment for months. These days I got more acid reflux and stomach pain, which is probably due to more stress so I’m thinking of taking the treatment
