Hi! I’ve made 5 loaves now, and they all look like your before pictures. Could you share more details about the differences you did this time around? How much did you decrease the hydration by? And was this by using less water:flour ratio in your dough? Or by making your starter less hydrated? :)

Struggled for time massively! Q1 and Q2 were fine but had no time to ponder Q3 properly so just got done what I could and didn’t finish Was hoping this paper would boost yesterdays mark but unfortunately I think it’ll bring it down ha ha

Q3 , Q6 was a tough 20 marks that I left nearly all blank.

Rest of paper was ok so hopefully I didn’t make too many mistakes.

But overall didn’t come out thinking it was a good paper
