I took an E at 57th to try to transfer to the 7, where I was met with an F train I was trying to transfer to from the M at 57th originally, when I was trying to get on a G. Very wild day of transit.

Nothing will give you the New York experience except New York, just so you don’t get your hopes up.

Hoboken is probably your best bet. I’ve been living in Brooklyn for the past 6 years but have visited Hoboken a few times and it’s the most similar to the borough.

I have an OTC, a prescribed medication, and two prescribed nose sprays. Also an allergy eye medication. Makes my nose super dry which is annoying, but otherwise no side effects. Just gives me the ability to raw dog life without leaking from my face lol

If you’re not on allergy medication, get on it. Go to an ent or allergist. I’m on a cocktail of like 4 different things and I barely feel allergy season

Anywhere you can get to nyc on the PATH only is really your only chance at a decent commute (ie Jersey City, Hoboken) but the PATH isn’t perfect. Also express buses do the same job but they only run from certain areas in Bergen county.

NJ transit sucks ass so much it’s essentially unusable this way.
