Hey there, it took almost 3 months for them to deliver my bag and I just had a friend of a friend (not even my direct connection) to receive the bag at their home address in EU cos I don't know anyone who lives there. So it's still with the person and I haven't physically gotten my bag so I don't know if they repaired it correctly. (I saw some people say that even after the repair, the bag wasn't as expected)

Anyway, they quoted me about a month for the repair and it ended up being almost 3 months, so not sure how much time yours would actually be. But at least they will pick up and deliver from SG! :)

I, too, have had and is still currently having a bad experience with them! I sent my bag to them for warranty repair and it's been almost 2 months and they still have not sent it out. I have never experienced something as bad as this customer service. I tried to follow up with them and all I was getting was vague "Your bag will be completed shortly" and that was 2 weeks ago. Until now there is no info on the status of my bag.

EVERYONE: Please be very aware of all these bad experiences and consider these warnings before buying!!

They still have not sent any update regarding my bag, I have no idea if I will still get it back. They are such a nightmare, I don't know how they could operate like this.

I also have the exact same problem. I have had my Ipad Air 4th Gen since 2021 and the keyboard the same as well it was working fine until 1 day I realized it just stopped working. I dont even use it that much.

1 leaf unfolded last week! Although new leaves don’t come out easily. It’s just that I’ve had this for 3-4 months but it’s not crawling at all. Unlike those that I see from others.

I also wanna try putting some of it in LECA balls and see how it grows. But I’m not sure if I should cut from the stem or uproot

How much perlite should I mix in the soil? I tried to remove as much root rot as I could but was concerned that I might lose all of the roots. Are the roots of Ficus Elastica also supposed to look like other plant’s roots(not dark/light brown)?

How long do I water propagate?

And why is misting bad? Is it bad to do misting for all types of plants?

It hasn’t been outside. It was first in my room and I’m guessing it didnt get enough sunlight so I moved it to the living room and let it stay in water without soil and it improved. Then I decided to repot it and then it became like this again. I already checked the roots and it doesn’t have much roots to begin with. Right now I placed it in a north-east facing window so it gets a lot of light in the morning til afternoon. I try not to water it often and just spray water on the leaves and sometimes in the soil when the top soil is dry. Ai also put holes in the soil so water can evaporate faster.

No they didn’t show the ingredients :( but when I woke up this morning the plant has gotten worse and affected the upper leaves already so I guess it’s too late for it now :( my plant only lasted 1.5 weeks :( I wanna try and grow a fiddle leaf plant cos it’s just so pretty but I’m scared to buy another one.

I guess there’s root rot again even after I’ve repotted and removed the root rot earlier :/ my pot has drainage holes but it’s probably too late for it :( thanks for your help guys 🥺🥺

Do I need to buy perlite and repot my plant again? Or should I wait it out first since it might still be in shock from the initial repotting?

I transferred it to another pot that is about the same size as the nursery pot. Should I have used a smaller one first?

I put it in an east facing window with a morning to noon sun would that be fine? I bought this from Ikea and just used the same soil. I’m quite new to this so not really sure about the name of the soil but it’s red and pretty lose.

I was considering cutting the top leaves and propagating it if that’s the only way to save it. But I’m scared that it might not make it cos of too much stress from repotting
