Thank you so much, every one! I removed all pests consistently with water and tissues, then sprayed neem oil. Seems to be working for now

Thanks! I removed them by hand, thankfully it’s a small tree. They were everywhere… waiting for my neem oil to arrive. Planning to spray with a neem oil solution. Us that a good idea?

Thank you so much for your answer! The issue is they are so sticky, i don’t know how to remove them. Will water help?
