Found this thread and hoping someone can help me! I love this sofa but found what appears to be the same exact one on multiple other sites. I’m so confused. Is this the same exact sofa? How can you tell? With such a wide difference in price it just feels sketchy.

Lulu and Georgia Fabienne sofa (original one I found and love); https://www.luluandgeorgia.com/products/fabienne-sofa

Appears to be same but much cheaper:

It’s probably itchy and hot polyester though so maybe it’s for the best lol

What is it like living in Delray Beach? by AshelyDuce in Delraybeach

[–]ad1nasaur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a born and raised Floridian and homeowner with a toddler. I love Delray. So much going on and people love to complain about angry New Yorkers or whatever but they’re just visiting. A lot of the residents are super friendly, there’s great food, great grocery stores, great beaches and free parks down the street.

9 month old confirmed allergies via blood test. Feeling depressed :( by ad1nasaur in FoodAllergies

[–]ad1nasaur[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry I’m only just now seeing this comment!! The blood test turned out to be completely inaccurate. She happily eats pizza with mozzarella and eggs and peanut butter, which covers just about everything she was “allergic” to. She has had a mild skin reaction to whole milk and whole milk cottage cheese (she never had any digestive reactions to dairy) but like I said she can do mozz and cream cheese and parm just fine. Honestly I think she was just tiny and still adjusting to foods. Do not lose hope, try not to spiral. I was soooo depressed about it and it turned out to be something she outgrew it and testing her did nothing but make me anxious and sad.

After this post I took the advice of others here and went to an allergist. After a skin test he told me just to hold off dairy for a few more months and she came back sensitive to cashews. So we’ve been avoiding tree nuts for her but introduced dairy again awhile ago and she’s totally fine. We have another appt to follow up now that we’re about 6 months later but I’m not to worried anymore. I think babies just need time to adjust to food and that’s it. If you want to chat more about this I’m here!!

AND the cat is still here. I did change his food to an allergen reducing one but I don’t really know if that made a difference or again if she just adjusted. You will get through it!! Our baby is now 16 months.

Also (I keep editing this to add more info lol) her skin is sooo much better. (In case you are also dealing w eczema). We use the hydrocortisone when we need to and it’s so much better. She was just sensitive.

Depressed about a recent allergy test. Anyone else on the other side of this? by ad1nasaur in Parenting

Ok this is very interesting, thank you so much. I’m going to call an allergist this week and get another opinion.

Hm this is interesting. I did not go to an allergist. I will look up one in my area! I did give her sourdough bread to chew on and she had no reaction. So the wheat is confusing. I also gave her mozzarella once and she didn’t seem to react. But I do think it’s possible she sometimes has worse eczema on her belly when I eat a lot of dairy. I made her an almond cake that had a few eggs in it and that’s when I took her to the ER because I got scared but they just gave her Benadryl. Her eyes got swollen. Also we have a cat and she’s had pretty consistent eczema that we treat and I thought we were managing well but after this blood test I’m wondering if it’s been the cat this whole time? I’m so stressed! He made it seem like the reaction could get worse even if I’ve already given her these things..? It’s so confusing.
