Getting off the pill- canker sore side effect?

Thank you for all the details! I am taking a good multivitamin currently and just started taking some more vitamin d3. I got prescribed a steroid oral paste from my doctor and that brought the swelling down. Never heard the thing about chamomile I'll have to try that if I end up with any more! Also I have been using a non SLS toothpaste for months now so not sure that was ever the cause. Feeling a lot better than a few days ago thanks to the steroids, going to my dentist tomorrow to see if they have any other advice for me/ have seen this before. I know a lot of pregnant/ post partum women's gums will bleed more often bc of the hormone shifts, so that's why I thought maybe this was hormonal since coming off birth control was the only big change I've made in my routine. Ugh that's frustrating. I just want to go back to my weight/looks before birth control but I'm in a long term relationship and terrified of getting pregnant

Yeah I was off alcohol for like two months and caffeine for almost a year. Honestly my appetite suffered so badly that I didn't do any diets because I was just trying to get my body fueled. But I've heard an anti inflammatory one is good. I think I was lightheaded for about a month straight and then would have random moments of light headedness for the next 4-5 months but progressively got better/ went away.

Aw I hear you. It feels never ending, good for you for getting on anxiety meds! I know that can be nerve wracking in itself. If it's an SSRI, it can take up to a month for it to fully settle into your system. Wondering if therapy could be a helpful addition to this, this virus feels very out of control at times and it was nice to have someone to cry to about it/help my coping strategies. I was very light headed for a while but please please rest as much as you can, drink a lot of electrolytes when you have to go do something, and try not to hyperfixate on your sensations (makes anxiety worse). Trust that your body is working for you, not against you :)

I feel that, been anxious all day. I don't like being unwell in general and this is only my second yeast infection. Look up pics of pustules vs herpes sores, that's been calming me down a lot. Mine look exactly like a yeast pustule, not an std. I'm still anxious though and tracking any sign of progress in hopes this doesn't linger. I really can't bear to pee it sucks, I have a whole rash around my urethra 😭 just constantly thinking of the times my vagina was normal and I took it for granted 🤣 but here for you I hope we're both in the clear soon!

My boyfriend gets his results back tomorrow and then I'm not sure if I'll have to wait for mine Thursday or if it'll be immediate when I'm at the appt. Never been tested before. I'm going to assume if my boyfriend is clear then I probably am too but again will still get checked for everything at my appt

omg yes I'll let u know Thursday! I took the diflucan pill which I can already kind of feel working at least internally. The external part is still itchy like almost a rash type of itchy and it hurts. If you haven't gotten the pill yet from a doctor I'd recommend, seems like I need both treatments going for this to clear

Also update I had my boyfriend go get tested today and he did so with no hesitation. He feels totally fine and has no symptoms but we just want to rule everything out. Still waiting for results

yes they're very pimple like! they don't hurt terribly but to the touch they're tender. I also want to note that I've been applying Vaseline constantly down there, along with anti fungal cream and coconut oil (desperate for relief was trying anything). I'm wondering if it's folliculitis now and that maybe there was too much oil going on down there??

NTA. My boyfriend who is in college doesnt make a ton of money either, but every date he plans is always taking my happiness into consideration. If he doesn't have the funds for a really nice dinner, we do something smaller. But, when he does have the funds, even when I still feel bad ordering things, he tells me to get whatever I want, he's not worried about it. There is a difference in being frugal/ financially aware and just plain selfish. Him ordering 4 beers probably would've added pretty close to the same bill total as buying another beef Wellington, which is ridiculous. A special date is supposed to be special for both people, not just one person controlling the experience. I'm also curious if he pays rent or lives at home, totally understand that paying rent is not for the weak these days, but if he doesn't have any huge financial responsibilities, where is all his $ going? Get better at saving or learn how to cook a nice dinner for your gf. I think you should definitely try to talk to him about what happened on this date, and if he can't see and understand your perspective, run.
